Creating your online store is a simple 5-stage process with MoShoppa:

How do I choose my subscription?

How can I pay for my subscription?
You can pay the subscription fee through your PayPal or Razorpay accounts. The following payment options are available on the website:

How quickly will my MoShoppa website and App be ready?
Minutes – that’s how long it takes to become an entrepreneur with MoShoppa. We deliver a thoroughly tested, fully-functional, and ready-to-go live website minutes after the production has been initiated on successful payment of subscription fee. The app, if required, follows when approved by App Stores.

What if I want to run more than one website on MoShoppa?
You can operate multiple e-commerce websites on MoShoppa without any hassle. Adding a new store to your account is easy.

What is a domain name?
A domain name is the website address e.g. www.johnsmith.com
You can choose and register your own domain name with us. If you already have your own domain name, we can send you a deep-link so that you can integrate your new online store with your current website.
With MoShoppa, you can even have your own professional personalized mailbox, which means you get your own email addresses. e.g. info@johnsmith.com; john@johnsmith.com.

Do I get SSL certification at the time of sign-up?
It takes up to 48 hours for SSL certificate approval on all online stores but you will receive a notification when your store is SSL certified!

Making Changes to Your MoShoppa Account

How do I upgrade my MoShoppa package?
For upgrading your package, you need to send us an upgrade request via email at support@moshoppa.com. We will ask you for confirmation, after which your package will be upgraded. Your new package automatically gets activated at the end of monthly billing cycle in which the upgrade request is made. You can also request for changes through the 'Update My Site' options which appears on your account dashboard.

How do I remove brands I don’t want?
Drop in an email at support@moshppa.com specifying what brands you would like to remove from your shop and our customer support team will get this done for you.

How do I change my website template?
Unfortunately, you can only select a template once which will be at the time of setting up your store. Convince yourself about the template you select by previewing them while setting up your shop. Check out the templates here.

Can I change my domain name?
A new domain is only available under a new subscription.

Does MoShoppa offer COD facilities?
MoShoppa does not offer COD facilities because we’ve taken all the pain out of delivery. Our reputed product retailers deliver products straight to your customer’s door but to do this, the brand has to be paid in full to fulfill the order.

How will I receive the monthly commissions?
Your commissions will be automatically transferred to your linked PayPal or Razorpay account, or credit/debit card at the end of your monthly billing cycle.

How can my customers pay for products?

Product Management

Who are the MoShoppa brands?
MoShoppa’s retail partners are an exclusive, diverse and impressive range of premium brands. From Gucci to Guess, Tommy Hilfiger, Nike, Fabindia and Apple, you can be sure to find products your customers love from our selection of 7000 premium brands.

How do I list the brands on my website?
You choose the retail verticals you want to feature on your online store i.e. women, men, kids, sports, travel, gaming, beauty, home and tech. Your online store will automatically have every brand within each of the retail categories. If there are some brands you want to remove, you can write to us at support@moshoppa.com and we will arrange it for you.

Is there a limit on the number of products I can feature on my website from the MoShoppa Brands?
Your online store will be pre-populated with the products from various brands and each category width will be pre-decided. However, if you have uploaded your own products, you will be able to add/remove your products and therefore, limit the number of products in your shop.

Can I list my own products on the website?
Yes! The vision of MoShoppa is to encourage people like you to become budding online entrepreneurs. MoShoppa has packages that offer you the opportunity to sell your existing product/ brand offerings, as well as choose from the 7000 premium brands we offer. Read more about the packages here.

Is there a limit on listing my own brands?
Nope. You are free to upload as many products you want of your own. You will be able to manage your products from your shop manager.

How to remove products?
There are two ways to remove products from your online store. If you have your own products added to your shop that you want to remove, you can use the My Shop Manager to remove products. If you are using our products and you wish to remove any,  drop us an email at support@moshoppa.com

Delivery and Support

Where can I find my billing information?
By simply signing in to your MoShoppa account.

How do I manage billing, shipping, and delivery for orders placed on my website?
Our retail partners provide end-to-end order management for all MoShoppa brands so you never have to handle stock, deliveries or returns. If you have uploaded your own products, you can manage your billing, shipping and delivery for your own products from your MoShoppa account.

How does MoShoppa deliver products?
We have partnered with 7,000 well-known and reputed product retailers, who deliver the products on your behalf.

Does MoShoppa deliver products to my country?
MoShoppa websites can deliver products to almost all countries in the world. However, initially, we will be focussing on countries with localized vendors. MoShoppa is currently recommended for 25 countries, namely – Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States of America.

If the visitors on my website need any help, who do they contact for support?
The MoShoppa support team and helpline is available for assistance. They can be contacted at support@moshoppa.com.

What type of Delivery is offered to my customers? How long does delivery take?
The delivery for all products will be the standard delivery offered by the product retailer itself. This information will be shown on the confirmation page when the transaction goes through. This averages at 3-5 working days.


Manage Subscription

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription by contacting us at support@moshoppa.com no later than ten (10) days prior to Your billing date but no later than three (3) days prior to Your billing date. Once the request for closure is verified, your subscription will be closed.
